I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient being just a short walk away from the main attractions like the monastery and Plaza de Armas. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and top-notch linens. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The wifi coverage was excellent, which was a bonus for someone like me who needs to stay connected.

Great location, close to the monastery and Plaza de Armas. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a nice terrace. The staff were friendly and the wifi coverage was good.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the historic district. The hotel is very clean and modern with a great location near the monastery and amazing restaurants. The staff were cute and friendly, especially Senor Jesus who served us breakfast every morning with perfect service. We were impressed by the comfortable beds, excellent wifi, and the hotel's facilities.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The hotel was a great find during our recent trip. the rooms were spacious and clean with hot showers and tea and coffee facilities. the location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and great restaurants. the staff was always friendly and helpful. They even surprised us with little treats in the evening and finger food during the day. One of the best aspects was the beautiful terrace where we could relax and soak up the sun.
Maybe the bathroom was a bit dark, but that's a minor detail.

Good location with many attractions within walking distance. You can enjoy a stunning view of river from the terrace while having breakfast. Rooms are spacious, modern, and well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities. the hotel staff is generally friendly and helpful, ready to assist with anything you need. You also get coupons for free drinks upon check-in.
Some of the front desk staff can be snobbish and aloof.

Great value for price and helpful staff. The location was also perfect for our New Year celebration and close to the main attractions. We enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the complimentary breakfast that included a selection of hot and cold options. Plus, the hotel offered a lovely terrace to relax and see the city skyline.
The room we stayed in was a bit tight and lacked proper ventilation. , the noise level from outside woke us up in the middle of the night.
